Dear Parents,
I would like to remind you that on Saturday, April 29, the annual Schulfest will take place. Our students are looking forward to this event and will be playing various outdoor games with their classmates and teachers.
Our Vice President, Annemarie Monschein, informed me that more volunteers are needed to help at the game stations. It would be a good way to – if needed – complete your volunteer time. If you are interested, please get in touch with Frau Monschein by e-mail: galathea@aol.com
The Schulfest starts at 10:30 a.m. Pizza will be served at the black-top area by the side entrance of the building. It will be delivered at 11:20 a.m and three to four people are still needed to cut and serve slices. The price of one slice of pizza and one small bottle of water is $2.00.
It would be great to have at least one photographer on hand to take pictures for our website and Facebook.
At 11:45 a.m. the students will return to their classrooms and will be dismissed at 12:15 p.m. For security reasons, please do not take your child before the time of dismissal. Also, only volunteers are allowed in the playground area.
